The female staff was very kind. We took the Alaska Railroad to Fairbanks. The staff came to pick us up at the station, which was very helpful. We were able to see the Northern Lights when we went outside in the middle of the night. If we go to Fairbanks again, we'd like to stay here.
Location was near all. Host was warm and friendly Perfect stay for our needs
The house was a cozy stay for us. We had to share a bathroom with another guest but we didn’t have any problem at all because the other guests were either very quiet or were not there. It is very close to downtown Fairbanks. We could park our car at the driveway.
Owner was extremely helpful and nice. Offered us a ton of feedback and support regarding rebooking while traveling during the tech outage that caused flight delay and cancellation.

The room is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood outside the city center. You will share the bathroom with just one more room, so I can say I never had to wait and everything went well. You even have everything for the breakfast inside your room. Thank you very much once again for receiving me even though I arrived at a completely unsocial time in the middle of the night.
It was overall a quiet place and everything was within the room with the exception of the bathroom.
